These Terms & Conditions apply to all bespoke services provided by Lucanna Australia. By engaging our services, submitting an enquiry, or proceeding with a consultation, you agree to the following terms.

Bespoke Services

All garments produced by Lucanna Australia are bespoke and made to order. Each piece is designed and crafted specifically for the client following consultation and approval.

Consultations

Consultations are required prior to commencing any bespoke project. Consultation fees (where applicable) are non-refundable and do not guarantee acceptance of a project.

Quotes and Pricing

Pricing is confirmed following consultation and design approval. All prices reflect the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved in bespoke production. Pricing is structured based on minimum garment quantities where applicable and is not reduced if fewer garments are produced.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and commence work. Full payment terms will be outlined at the time of quoting. Failure to make payments may result in delays or cancellation.

Timeframes

Lead times provided are estimates only and are dependent on design complexity, fabric availability, and client responsiveness. Lucanna Australia is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, missed fittings, or changes requested after approval.

Fittings and Approvals

Clients are responsible for attending fittings as scheduled. Once designs, fabrics, and measurements are approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered for change of mind, fit preference, or stylistic preference.

If a garment is found to be faulty due to workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair or remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Lucanna Australia reserves the right to cancel a project if terms are breached.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Lucanna Australia and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Lucanna Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
